“As a runner with long time impacts from Diastasis Rectis, I was referred to Cindy to strengthen my core as I trained for a marathon. I have gained so much muscle and have not had any injuries related to running since working with Cindy! [She] is kind, flexible and very patient…responsive to individual needs and tailors all her lessons to the individual. Comfortable setting and very nice equipment. DO IT! Cindy is wonderful.

About TRIFECTA P3 Pilates
Pilates-based exercise is targeted, purposeful movement. When the key sequences of Pilates are integrated with the athletic and anatomical expertise of a physical therapist, the potential for improved performance is limitless.
Pilates focuses on core strength—the area known as the “powerhouse”—along with flexibility, overall body awareness, and muscular endurance. At TRIFECTA P3, when I teach Pilates, I emphasize the essential principles of breath, head/neck position, rib cage, and scapular and pelvic position. Pilates not only strengthens the body, but also emphasizes a mind-body connection, aiding in relaxation and stress reduction. Clients benefit from improved mental focus in addition to physical conditioning.
I work with athletes of all ages and levels of performance—they all share the goal of wanting to reach their potential, stay strong, and prevent injury. My classes feature the versatile STOTT Pilates Reformer, with spring resistance, to optimize every aspect of your purposeful workout. When you book a session, you’ll experience the TRIFECTA difference:
• Full-Body Pilates-based workouts in a private setting, through the lens of a physical therapist/athletic trainer
• Prevention and treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries through improved movement patterns and strength-building
• Challenging, fun workout featuring both Pilates mat and reformer training
• Identify and correct imbalances, compensatory movement patterns, and posture irregularities
• 1 on 1 or small group (up to 3) sessions available, making it easy to modify or focus exercises based on past injuries and current goals
• Improved balance, coordination, stability, mobility, and muscular endurance
• Experience with effective, efficient return to play protocols for athletes at all levels
Owner, Cindy Schlafmann
I have been a lifelong endurance competitor, completing over 100 triathlons since 1996 in distances ranging from sprint all the way up to Ironman. This includes representing Team USA in Olympic Distance triathlon, first in New Zealand in 2003 and then again in Hawaii in 2005.
As a physical therapist and athletic trainer for over 30 years, I use Pilates as a form of exercise therapy to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and muscular endurance. I tailor Pilates routines to address specific rehabilitation goals, focusing on targeted muscle groups and guiding movement patterns to enhance overall function and recovery.
I treat all of my clients like athletes—it’s my privilege to support them as they challenge themselves and achieve their goals. Whether you’re training for a long race, trying out for a competitive team, starting a new sport like pickleball, or want to continue doing the things you love—golf, biking, running, swimming, dancing, playing pickup sports with family—I’ll design a customized program to help you stay strong, flexible, and ready for what’s next.
Outside of work, I enjoy biking, running, hiking, triathlons, golfing, and taking active vacations in beautiful places.
